I decided not to fish this morning as it was 24 degrees and the streams have been muddy. Why punish myself for a limited payoff?
So much for song birds chirping, warm breezes, and Daffodils sprouting up along the shoreline. Part of spring fishing is enjoying steelhead in mild temps. Right?
I took a drive down to an access point to confirm what I already knew. She is still dirty and a few days away. I bet the Kitty looks like a mess too.
